Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revive mobile application (the "App"), provided by Fracta LLC ("Fracta LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Revive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Revive lets you select a photo, choose a scenario for how it should come alive, and uses AI to generate a video from that photo. Generation may run in the background while you continue using the App, and the App notifies you when your video is ready.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Revive. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Revive with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content you upload

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to Revive. By uploading a photo, you grant Fracta LLC a limited license to use, reproduce, and process that photo — including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to generate the video you requested and to operate the App's features, such as your private albums.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload each photo, and that doing so does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including any person who appears in the photo. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.

Prohibited content. You agree not to upload or attempt to generate content that is illegal, that depicts minors in a sexual or exploitative manner, that is intended to harass, defame, or impersonate a real person without consent, or that otherwise violates applicable law or the rights of others. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Generated videos

The videos Revive generates are created by AI and are approximations based on the photo and scenario you selected. Results can vary and may not always look the way you expect. Revive is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment of your own memories.

6. Credits and purchases

Revive may offer credits or subscriptions that let you generate videos. All purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are also governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and, where applicable, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Prices, available packages, and whether credits expire are described inside the App at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies — Fracta LLC cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

7. Subscriptions

If Revive offers an auto-renewing subscription, it is billed and managed through your Apple ID. You can review, change, or cancel a subscription at any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your Revive account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — see our Delete Account page.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or misuse the App; interfere with or disrupt the App or the infrastructure it relies on; use the App to generate content that violates Section 4; or use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

Revive, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Fracta LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to Fracta LLC's trademarks, logos, or branding.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Revive is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fracta LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Revive. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fracta LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Revive if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Revive, or delete your account, at any time — see our Delete Account page.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the App. Continued use of Revive after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Fracta LLC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence provide otherwise.
